1. Platform Subscription & Usage

BlueOTA.com grants subscribed travel agencies a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our cloud-based travel management tools, booking engine, and partner portals.

• Agencies are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and API keys.
• Unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated bulk requests outside provided API specifications are strictly prohibited.

2. Bookings & Financial Settlement

All flight and hotel bookings initiated through the BlueOTA.com dashboard are subject to individual supplier fare rules, baggage policies, and cancellation charges.

• Agencies must maintain sufficient deposit balance or authorized credit limits for instant ticketing.
• BlueOTA.com reserves the right to suspend ticketing access in the event of overdue subscription fees or negative wallet balances.

3. Service Availability & Support

We target a 99.9% platform uptime SLA. Scheduled system maintenance is conducted during off-peak hours with prior notification sent to account administrators.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the SaaS service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Any accrued fees or outstanding booking balances must be cleared prior to account closure.
